Dr. Dave Mundy is currently the Executive Director of Learning Systems for Westfield Washington Schools, where he is in charge of curriculum and technology for the district. Prior to working in central office, he served 7 years as a principal and administrator at various grade levels. He also served as a 7-12 grade teacher for 8 years.

Matt Campbell is currently working in Pendleton and is in his sixth year of teaching. He is a 2001 graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High school, a 2006 graduate of Indiana University, and currently working on his Masters of Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. JB Paxson- Coach Paxson is a 2005 Center Grove High School graduate where he played football, basketball, and baseball. He was the Gatorade Player of the year in football and a Louisville Slugger All American in baseball his senior year. He was drafted in the 33rd round by Arizona but didnt sign. In College, he attended Walters State Community College as freshman. The Senators went 61-8 and were crowned National Champions of NJCAA Div. 1. Paxson was selected in the 18th round by Atlanta but didn't sign.
For over 30 years Jeff Mercer has been involved in coaching at nearly every level of baseball competition. Jeff served as head coach at both Southport High School and Franklin High School, as well as the hitting coach and recruiting coordinator at Indiana University. Eleven of Mercer’s hitters have moved on to professional baseball and scores of players have advanced to the collegiate ranks.
Jeff began the baseball training industry in Indiana in 1990 working with thousands of baseball players during his career as a professional instructor. Mercer is the co-author of “You Can Teach Hitting”, an instructional book on hitting with Dusty Baker. Jeff also co-starred in three instructional videos with Baker, as well as creating an 8 set instructional video library with Sport America and Rawlings.
Mercer has been a featured speaker at two American Baseball Coaches Association national conferences in Anaheim and San Diego, California. He has also served as a clinician at state coaches clinics in Oklahoma, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, and Indiana.
Jeff is a founding member of the Indiana Bulls organization, and has served as a Bulls head coach 4 times culminating in a NABF National Runner-Up during the 2000 season. Jeff is currently the Director of Finance for Franklin Community Schools and he and his wife Pam have four boys (Jeff, Daniel, Joe, and Anthony) and reside in Bargersville, Indiana.

Tony graduated from Brownsburg High School. He then attended Franklin College, where he played both football and baseball. He then finished his education at Marian College where he also played baseball. Tony has been coaching with the Bulls since 1999 coaching 14’s ,15’s,16’s and 17’s. During that time he has also coached at Cardinal Ritter High School and then at Brownsburg High School. Tony owns and operates two successful restaurants in the Indianapolis area. He resides in Brownsburg with his wife Jessica and their three children Tori(16), Max(8) and Alex(6).
Ryan is the head baseball coach at Westfield High School. He is entering his 10th season at the helm of the Shamrocks baseball team. Since coming to Westfield, Ryan has led Westfield to four straight winning seasons ('07-'10). He led the Shamrocks to the fourth highest win total (19) and the highest conference win total (9) in school history. Coach Bunnell has been named the Indy Star North Coach of the Year twice ('09 & '10), Indy Star Super Team Co-Coach of the Year ('09), HCC Coach of the year twice ('07 & '09) and District K Coach of the Year ('09).
Ryan is married to Janelle and has 3 children, Kaylie (12), AJ (10) and Beau (5).
Rick has spent two years with the Indiana Bulls, coaching the 12U in 2009 and 13U in 2011 season. Rick coached these teams to numerous championships (19) as he also built elite level teams that both ended the season nationally ranked. Rick is from

Jeff was born and raised in Indianapolis and graduated from Decatur Central High School in 1989. Jeff continued his baseball career at Purdue University where he earned four varsity letters and was named co-captain in his final year. He graduated in 1993 with a degree in Leadership Management.
Jeff currently resides in Mooresville, IN and will be entering his 3rd year as a varsity assistant coach at Mooresville High School.
Mike lives in Noblesville with his wife, Jessica, and three boys, Drew-15, Dax-13, and Dusti-11. He pitched and played shortstop for Dennis Kas at Noblesville High School where he was a member of the 1987 North- South All Star Game. In college he was a two – time SEC pitcher of the week, earning 20 victories while pitching three years at Vanderbilt University. Mike signed as a free agent in the Cleveland Indians Organization and was the opening day pitcher for the Columbus Indians after his first Spring Training. After a shoulder injury ended his professional career he moved back to Noblesville where he currently runs his own property management company. He has coached youth sports for the last 10 years.

John was raised in Covington, Indiana where he graduated from Covington High School in 1985, during his time at Covington John played football, basketball and baseball. John played baseball collegiality at Olney Central College in Olney, Illinois. John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management from Indiana University. John has spent several years coaching youth baseball and football. John works in the healthcare field managing outpatient surgery centers and physician practices. John and his wife Jane reside in Zionsville, Indiana with their three children Graham, Luke and Emma.
Mike is a 1987 graduate of Whiteland Community High School where he played basketball and baseball, earning honors in each. Following high school, Mike attended Franklin College, where he graduated in 1991 with a degree in Information Technology. While at Franklin College, Mike played baseball. Mike was a four-year varsity member, earning all-league honors and team MVP his final season. Mike has been involved with youth baseball for the past six years, serving as a coach of multiple teams and serving as president of the Greater Whiteland Baseball Association (2007 thru 2009). This will be his 2nd year as head coach for the Bulls. Mike currently resides in Whiteland with his wife Kathleen and their two children, Luke(11) and Drew(6).
Brad is a 1990 graduate of Boonville High School in southern Indiana where he played both basketball and baseball. Brad earned all-conference and SW Indiana all-region honors and played on an American Legion Baseball state championship team. After graduation, Brad attended Purdue University on an academic scholarship where he graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering. He later earned an MBA from Georgia State University. For the last eight years Brad has been coaching in the Zionsville Longhorns organization and little leagues in both Zionsville, IN and Denver, CO. Brad and his wife, Jessica, live in Zionsville with their four boys: Max, Evan, Jack, and Blake.

Matt Bair is a 1996 graduate of Anderson High School, a 2001 graduate of Anderson University, and earned his Master’s degree at Ball State University in 2005. He has coached baseball at various levels for the past 11 years. Matt started his teaching and coaching career back in 2001 under Hall of Fame coach Dr. Don Brandon at Anderson University. He was specifically in charge of hitting instruction, strength & conditioning, as well as infield play. In 2003 the Ravens went on to a 3rd place finish at the Div. III College World Series. In 2006 Matt became the head coach at Cowan High School before moving back home to coach the Anderson Highland Scots from 2007 through their consolidation in 2010. Currently Matt serves as the Executive Vice President for One Place, Inc., a mobile Software-as-a-Service company located in Indianapolis, and lives with his wife and three boys in Lapel, Indiana. He is actively involved in his community church, as well as the various youth organizations throughout the city.
